Conference Fees

(*) Members of ECerS and affiliated European Societies and sponsoring societies including ACerS, Ceramic Society of Japan and MRS.

(**) Students should submit a letter (from their Head of Department or their research supervisor) plus a copy of their university registration document and Student ID Card to verify student status at the registration desk.

Full Member and Non-Member Registration Fee includes:

• The complete manuscript CD of all the papers submitted for the conference (available at the conference)

Cancellation Terms
Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat - e-mail: ecxii@videre.ntnu.no The cancellation fee will be NOK 500 (incl.25% VAT) administration charge for cancellations received within 1 May. For cancellations received after 1 May, the fees must be paid in full. Substitutes from the same company will be accepted without extra charge.
 
Payment
You need to register before you pay.If you did not pay by credit card during the registration procedure, you can either access your registration and make payment by credit card, or you can pay by bank transfer. Please follow the instructions below for payment by bank transfer.

Bank, currency and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer. You should allow at least one week or more (check with your bank) for the money to reach us.
 
Hotel
The hotel costs are to be paid directly to the hotel, the creditcard information is only in case of no-show.
