Abstracts Submission
Please read all the information below before submitting your abstract.
Abstracts
Abstracts are required for all submissions. The abstracts should be written in English, and must not exceed 200 words. The deadline for submission of abstracts is the 1st of December 2009. The abstract should be structured according to this guide:
- Use the template when writing your abstract (download template lower on this page)
- The abstract must be submitted in pdf - file format
- The registration form is accessed by clicking the "register and upload abstract" lower on this page
- Title, type, topic, author and affiliation is entered on page 2 in the registration form
- You will be asked to upload your pdf-file on page 6 of the registration form.

Word format
The template is set up to use A4 page format, Arial fonts for headings and Times New Roman for body text. Do not change the formatting. Use the sample to see an example of a correct abstract document.

Convert Your Abstract to PDF file format
When you have written your abstract, it must be converted to pdf - format:
In Microsoft word:
- select "Adobe PDF" then "Convert to Adobe PDF" from the top menu.
In Open Office:
- select "File" then "Save as PDF" from the top menu.
When you have your pdf-document ready, you can submit your abstract.
Abstracts should be submitted electronically. Use the "Register and Upload Abstract" - button below to access the abstract registration form.
Authors of accepted papers will be notified by the 1st of February 2010.

Speaker Zone is your personal page for viewing your abstract, monitoring it's status, replacing your abstract or uploading another abstract after initial abstract registration. Speakers must also register for the conference via Speaker Zone to avoid double registration. A link to conference registration is available in Speaker Zone.
